Return Procedure

  1. Eligibility: Items must be in unused, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Exchanges will not be entertained if client has ordered a certain size and have received that same size (so refer size chart before ordering). Also check description for all articles to see the fabric type before ordering.
  2. Request: To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 24hr to 48hrs, Contact after 2 days of receiving your order will not be entertained. Email our customer service at leafandlinenofficial@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +92329 4663417 with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Exchange Options: You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or an entirely different product, depending on availability (which can be a day upto 1+ month depending upon size, article etc)
  4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange item to be sent back to us and also for the new items that the customer chooses to exchange with.
  5. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out your new item within 5-7 business days.
  6. Note: We only entertain exchanges and do not refund the amount into customers account also demanding an exchange without any reason whilst there is no issue in the article at all can be entertained in amount of 400/- pkr to compensate for packaging and shipping cost but it should fall into eligibility criteria.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Customized or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
